以小麦幼胚愈伤组织为外植体,研究继代培养时间、外源激素及叶片大小对小麦试管苗叶片愈伤组织诱导和再生的影响。结果表明:继代培养1~6个月的胚性愈伤组织,有较高的再生苗频率;当生长素浓度为2,4-D2mg/L+NAA1mg/L、叶片高度为4cm时,小麦试管苗叶片愈伤组织的诱导率最高,从而建立了小麦试管苗叶片愈伤组织诱导和再生的培养体系。

이소맥유배유상조직위외식체,연구계대배양시간、외원격소급협편대소대소맥시관묘협편유상조직유도화재생적영향。결과표명:계대배양1~6개월적배성유상조직,유교고적재생묘빈솔;당생장소농도위2,4-D2mg/L+NAA1mg/L、협편고도위4cm시,소맥시관묘협편유상조직적유도솔최고,종이건립료소맥시관묘협편유상조직유도화재생적배양체계。
By using the embyogenic callus as the explants, the effects of subculture time, plant growth regulators and leaf size on the callus induction and regeneration of leaf tissues of wheat plantlets were studied. Experimental results showed that embryogenic callus with a subculture time of 1 - 6 months had a higher regeneration frequency. In addition, it was found that leaf explants from leave with hight of 4 cm and cuhutred on a MS medium with the plant hormones of 2,4 - D 2mg/L and NAA lmg/L gave the highest callus induction frequency. Therefore, a callus induction and regeneration system from leaf tissues of wheat plantlets was established.
