针对山东半岛地区保护性耕作条件下,玉米秸秆覆盖免耕播种小麦秸秆堵塞严重和播种质量差等问题,研制了一套双圆盘式小麦免耕播种机.整机主要由镇压装置、机架、播种施肥装置、开沟装置和传动装置等组成.田间试验结果表明,圆盘刀的平均入土深度为10cm,平均播种和施肥深度分别为4.2cm和6.78cm.该机一次作业可完成破茬、开沟施肥、播种和镇压等工序,作业时玉米秸秆的堵塞较少,开沟均匀,播种作业质量高,可满足黄淮海地区农艺要求.

Aiming at the permanent no tillage wheet planting in North-China,straw mulch field no till planter＇s blockage and bad planting quality,a new type of wheat planter was designed.The new type planter consists of pack roller,frame,seeding device,furrow opener and transmission system.The field tests showed that the driven disc＇s average ditch depth is 8cm,the average depth of fertilizing is 6.78 cm,the average depth of seeding is 4.2cm.This planter can perform the corn roots talk cutting,opening,fertilizing,seeding and packing operations once.It works with little entering soil strong and difficult to plug,all kinds of straw mulch the soil and meets the agronomic requirements of the no-tillage sowing.
