充填法采矿已成为控制地质灾害、实现无废开采的重要途径。为此,开展了以高炉水淬渣为主要原料的胶凝材料试验研究,包括充填骨料物理性能测定和新型胶结充填材料配比试验。开发的新型胶凝材料具有成本低、强度高,比尾砂胶结性能好等特点,可大幅度降低充填成本,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Fill mining has becomed the important way of geological hazard control,wasteless mining realization.Therefor,experimental study on cementing material which take blast furnace slag as the main material was carried out.Including physical property determination of filling aggregate and new type cementing fill material matching test.The new type cementing material has the characteristics of low cost,high strength and better bonding capacity than milltailings and so on,could reduce filling cost greatly,has good economic benefit and social benefit.
