自groupon.com成立以来,我国的网络团购以空前的复制速度迅速发展。网络团购的存在和盛行有着自身的经济原因。网络团购的产品具有边际成本小、规模经济的特点;价格歧视和网络团购的广告效应能给厂商带来巨大的利润空间;闲暇效应和类聚效应使得消费者乐在团购中。未来的网络团购将是电子商务巨头与同时具备"市场条件"和"产品条件"的厂商的强势联合。

Group-purchasing online in China has developed rapidly since the establishment of groupon.com in 2008.The popularity of network group-purchasing is attributed to many economic reasons.Low marginal cost and scale economy are the main characteristics of the group-buying products;price discrimination and advertisement can bring manufactures huge profit;leisure effect and convergence effect make consumers to enjoy group-buying.In the future,network group-purchasing will be a combination of E-business magnate and enterprises with both "market condition" and "product condition".
