以吡啶和1,4-丁烷磺内酯为原料合成1-(4-磺酸基)丁基毗啶盐,再由1-(4-磺酸基)丁基毗啶盐与浓硫酸制备离子液体,研究了反应温度、反应时间及对比有无溶剂对产率的影响.实验结果表明:在无溶剂条件下,得到的1-(4-磺酸基)丁基吡啶盐及离子液体的产率较高,当反应温度为40℃,反应时间为30h时,1-(4-磺酸基)丁基吡啶盐产率达63.2%;在无溶剂条件下,反应温度80℃,反应时间为8h,吡啶丁烷磺酸硫酸氢盐离子液体总收率达62.5%,纯度大于95%.
以吡啶和1,4-丁烷磺內酯為原料閤成1-(4-磺痠基)丁基毗啶鹽,再由1-(4-磺痠基)丁基毗啶鹽與濃硫痠製備離子液體,研究瞭反應溫度、反應時間及對比有無溶劑對產率的影響.實驗結果錶明:在無溶劑條件下,得到的1-(4-磺痠基)丁基吡啶鹽及離子液體的產率較高,噹反應溫度為40℃,反應時間為30h時,1-(4-磺痠基)丁基吡啶鹽產率達63.2%;在無溶劑條件下,反應溫度80℃,反應時間為8h,吡啶丁烷磺痠硫痠氫鹽離子液體總收率達62.5%,純度大于95%.

1-(4-sulfonic acid) butyl-pyridinium was synthesized from 1,4-butanesuhone and pyridine. Then, ionic liquid was prepared from 1-(4-sulfonic acid ) butyl-pyridinium hydrosulfate and concentrated sulfuric acid. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and the solvent on the yield were studied. The optimal reaction condition was as follows: the yield of l-(4-sulfonic acid) butyl-pyridinium was higher in the absence of solvent,and the yield was 63.2% at 40 ℃ for 30 h. The total yield of ionic liquid was 62.5% and purity was over 95% at 80 ℃ for 8 h by solventless method.
