采用文献法、历史与逻辑分析法对史前时期的武术萌芽进行了深入探究。认为：原始人进化完成、手足分工,是武术萌芽产生的契机;由本能到自觉再到自保意识的演进是武术萌芽产生的内在诉求;原始战争频发成为推动武术萌芽的轴心力量;武与舞＂联姻＂的运动形式,实现了萌芽期武术的发展历程。
