以虎杖中白藜芦醇的提取率为评价指标,研究提取剂浓度、提取温度、提取时间、料液比等因素对白藜芦醇提取效果的影响。采用正交实验法,通过紫外分光光度计测定提取液中白藜芦醇的吸光值以计算其提取率,研究虎杖白藜芦醇的最佳提取分离工艺。研究结果表明:乙醇为提取剂的最佳提取工艺是固液料比1∶15、用80%乙醇浓度作为提取剂、提取温度70℃、提取时间1.5 h,该工艺虎杖中白藜芦醇提取率可达2.34%。

The extraction rate of resveratrol from polygonum cuspidatum is used as the index of evaluation,and studies such factors as extraction solvent concentration,temperature,solid—liquid ratio and extracting time which may exert impacts on the extraction effects.The orthogonal design is used to study the optimum extraction and separation technology of resveratrol from polygonum cuspidatum,and the extraction rate of resveratrol is calculated by the absorbency value using ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The optimum conditions of extracting resveratrol from polygonum cuspidatum with ethanol extraction were determined as follows: the ratio of material to liquid l∶15(g∶mL),alcohol concentration 80 %,extracting temperature 70 ℃ and extracting time 1.5 h.Under these conditions,the extraction ratio of resveratrol reached 2.34 %.
