文章对水处理剂1227的测定方法进行了研究,比较了间硝基酚钠分光光度法和酸性蓝分光光度法的实用性、方便性和精准性。结果表明:间硝基酚钠分光光度法最大吸收波长420 nm,最大表光摩尔吸光系数2975 L/mol.cm,标准曲线的相关系数达到0.999,线性范围为5.00~30.0 mg/L,适用于水处理剂1227活性物含量的测定。

In the paper,the determination methods of the active matter content in water treatment agent 1227 were researched,and compared the practicality,convenience and precision between 3-nitrophenol sodium spectrophotometry and acid blue spectrophotometry.The results showed that,3-nitrophenol sodium spectrophotometry had its maximum absorption wavelength 420 nm,maximum surface molar absorption coefficient 2975 L/mol·cm correlation coefficient of standard curve about 0.999 and linear range about 5.00~30.0 mg/L,the method was applicable to determine the active matter content in water treatment agent 1227.
