川西须家河组气藏气井管柱存在严重的腐蚀问题,通过室内模拟试验和现场试验及腐蚀软件分析,研究了气井的腐蚀机理,气井腐蚀主要以CO2腐蚀为主。研究表明13Cr材质管柱在川西须家河组气藏生产条件下具有良好的防腐效果。
川西鬚傢河組氣藏氣井管柱存在嚴重的腐蝕問題,通過室內模擬試驗和現場試驗及腐蝕軟件分析,研究瞭氣井的腐蝕機理,氣井腐蝕主要以CO2腐蝕為主。研究錶明13Cr材質管柱在川西鬚傢河組氣藏生產條件下具有良好的防腐效果。

Gas tubes of Xujiahe gas reservoir in West Sichuan have serious corrosion problems, which cause a great loss. This paper studied the corrosion mechanism of gas well through indoor and field simulation test and made an analysis by CorrosionAnalyzer software. It' s found the corrosion was mainly caused by CO2 and the tube with 13Cr could be used to prevent corrosion in Xujiahe gas reservoir.
