以泽泻的块茎茎尖为外植体,对泽泻进行离体培养研究.结果表明,泽泻茎尖诱导分化最适宜的启动培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L,芽体诱导分化率为84.77%;继代增殖最适宜的培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,增殖系数为5.1;以1/2 MS+IBA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L培养基组合生根效果较好,生根率为91%.
以澤瀉的塊莖莖尖為外植體,對澤瀉進行離體培養研究.結果錶明,澤瀉莖尖誘導分化最適宜的啟動培養基為MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L,芽體誘導分化率為84.77%;繼代增殖最適宜的培養基為MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,增殖繫數為5.1;以1/2 MS+IBA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L培養基組閤生根效果較好,生根率為91%.
이택사적괴경경첨위외식체,대택사진행리체배양연구.결과표명,택사경첨유도분화최괄의적계동배양기위MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L,아체유도분화솔위84.77%;계대증식최괄의적배양기위MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,증식계수위5.1;이1/2 MS+IBA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L배양기조합생근효과교호,생근솔위91%.
In vitro culture of Alisma orientale by tissue culture was studied by using shoot tip as explants.The results showed that the optimum medium for initiate culture was MS plus with 2.0 mg/L 6-BA and 1.0 mg/L NAA,by which the buds induction rate reached 84.77%.The optimum medium for regeneration was MS with 2.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0.2 mg/L NAA,the propagation coefficient could up to 5.1.Rooting percentage was 91% on 1/2 MS medium added with 0.2 mg/L IBA and 0.4 mg/L NAA.
