作为建设区域性特大城市目标之一，合肥市应加强对农工民权利的保障。农民工权利的保障有其特点，即侧重于对农民工就业培训、医疗、子女教育等社会权的保障，而不是自由权的保障。农民工权利保障既是人权保障的需要，也是和谐社会建设的需要。在社会正义和平等理念下，构建农民工权利保障体系。

To construct Hefei as a regional big city, the protection of peasant workers＇ rights should be strengthened.
