食品分析实验是食品科学与工程专业重要的专业实践课程之一,为了激发学生的学习兴趣、培养学生的创新精神、提高学生综合实践能力、改善教学效果,本文对食品分析实验课程的教学进行了一些有效的改革与探索,包括:优化和增加了实验教学内容,将实验分为基础实验、验证实验、综合设计实验和创新实验四个层次;改善了教学方法和手段,如强化了课前预习,应用多媒体现代化教学手段,同时增设了开放性实验;改革了考核方式,将实验课前预习、实验实施过程中的表现和实验课后总结进行综合考核。
食品分析實驗是食品科學與工程專業重要的專業實踐課程之一,為瞭激髮學生的學習興趣、培養學生的創新精神、提高學生綜閤實踐能力、改善教學效果,本文對食品分析實驗課程的教學進行瞭一些有效的改革與探索,包括:優化和增加瞭實驗教學內容,將實驗分為基礎實驗、驗證實驗、綜閤設計實驗和創新實驗四箇層次;改善瞭教學方法和手段,如彊化瞭課前預習,應用多媒體現代化教學手段,同時增設瞭開放性實驗;改革瞭攷覈方式,將實驗課前預習、實驗實施過程中的錶現和實驗課後總結進行綜閤攷覈。

Food Analysis Experiment was one of the professional practice courses of food science and engi- neering specialty. In order to spirite students" studying interest, cultivate students" innovation ability, promote students" comprehensively practical talent, and improve teaching effect, this paper demonstrated the teaching reformation and exploration on the course of food analysis experiments. The teaching content was optimized to four levels including the foundational experiment, the verified experiment, the synthetic design experiment and the innovation test. Teaching method was improved by enhancing preparation before class, applying multimedia and increasing open experiments. Examination mode was replaced with a comprehensive examination composed of preparation, performance and summary after class.
