Forsythia europaea ‘Fiesta’%salt stress%shoot growth%Pro%MDA%POD%SOD
采用盆栽试验法,对密花连翘进行1.271(CK)、3、4、5、6mg·g-1浓度的NaCl溶液处理,以研究其耐盐能力。对新梢生长量和相对生长量、叶片中游离脯氨酸(Pro)及丙二醛(MDA)含量、叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性等指标进行了测定分析。结果表明:盐胁迫下,随盐浓度升高,密花连翘的新梢生长量逐渐下降;叶片中脯氨酸和丙二醛含量均呈上升趋势,各盐浓度处理下脯氨酸含量的差异显著,而丙二醛含量的差异为极显著;叶片中过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性均呈先上升、后下降的趋势,但过氧化物酶活性变化幅度较大。综合各测定指标以及田间生长表现认为:密花连翘的耐盐性中等,可在含盐量3.00mg·g-1及以下的土壤中正常生长。

Forsythia europaea 'Fiesta' grown in pots was studied to understand its salt tolerance when they were treated with NaCI solution in the concentration of 1.271 (CK), 3, 4, 5 and 6 mg·g-1 respectively. Indexes including shoot growth and relative growth increase, free proline and MDA content, SOD and POD activities in the leaves were examined after treatment. The results show that the shoot growth of the plants kept decreasing under the salt stress. With the increase of salinity, both the free proline and MDA content had a trend to increase. There was significant difference in the respect of proline content between the treatments, and a very significant difference existed in the MDA content. Both POD and SOD activities in the leaves increased at the beginning and decreased afterwards while the former changed in a greater range. According to the indexes tested and the investigation in the field, Forsythia europaea 'Fiesta'could be considered as a plant with moderate salt tolerance and can grow vigorously in the soil whose salinity is under 3.00 mg·g-1.
