本文对一种弱酸性绿光黑染料的合成进行了研究。合成工艺为对硝基苯胺经重氮化后,在酸性条件下与H酸偶合,合成一次偶合物;4,4'-二氨基苯磺酰替苯胺重氮盐在碱性条件下分别与上述一次偶合物和间苯二酚偶合,合成绿光黑染料。经测试,该染料牢度性能优于直接黑RN和直接耐晒黑G。
本文對一種弱痠性綠光黑染料的閤成進行瞭研究。閤成工藝為對硝基苯胺經重氮化後,在痠性條件下與H痠偶閤,閤成一次偶閤物;4,4'-二氨基苯磺酰替苯胺重氮鹽在堿性條件下分彆與上述一次偶閤物和間苯二酚偶閤,閤成綠光黑染料。經測試,該染料牢度性能優于直接黑RN和直接耐曬黑G。

The synthesis of a weak acid greenish black dye was studied.The processes were: diazotized p-nitroaniline coupling with H-acid in acidic condition, and then obtained a coupling compound;diazonium salt of 4,4′-diaminobenzenesulphanilide coupling with the coupling compound mentioned above and m-dihydroxybenzene in alkaline condition respectively, and then obtained the dark green black dye.By the experiments,the fastnesses of the dye was better than that of Direct Black RN and Direct Fast Black G.
