在既定的孔距、排距、孔径等参数下,利用LS-DYNA模拟了不同装药长度的爆破效果。针对表征岩石破碎效果较为直接的Von Mises应力、Y方向位移、Y方向速度分别进行56 cm和64cm装药长度的效果对比,从而确定了合理的装药长度。
在既定的孔距、排距、孔徑等參數下,利用LS-DYNA模擬瞭不同裝藥長度的爆破效果。針對錶徵巖石破碎效果較為直接的Von Mises應力、Y方嚮位移、Y方嚮速度分彆進行56 cm和64cm裝藥長度的效果對比,從而確定瞭閤理的裝藥長度。
재기정적공거、배거、공경등삼수하,이용LS-DYNA모의료불동장약장도적폭파효과。침대표정암석파쇄효과교위직접적Von Mises응력、Y방향위이、Y방향속도분별진행56 cm화64cm장약장도적효과대비,종이학정료합리적장약장도。
Blasting effect of different charge length were simulated on fixed parameters like pitch of holes,distance between two rows,aperture by LS-DYNA.Effect comparison of charge length 56cm and 64cm were done separately aim at Von Mises Stress,Y-displacement,Y-velocity which the characterized rock crushing effect is much direct,and finally the reasonable charge length was confirmed.
