为了保证区域自动气象站月报表数据完整性,降低区域站月报表数据的缺测率,减轻区域站月报表数据处理业务的工作量,开发完成了区域气象站月报表数据出现异常、缺测记录时的处理程序。该程序2010年3月投入业务使用后,实现了区域站月报表数据的自动化审核处理,气象数据的自动化处理程度、区域站报表的制作质量、资料应用时效和业务人员的工作效率得到了明显提高。

In order to ensure the integrity of the monthly statement data from the regional automatic weather station,reduce the rate of regional statements on the lack of data logging,reduce the workload of regional statements on the data processing operations,we developed a handler to deal with the regional weather station data exception and the lack of log records.Since the program putting into use in March 2010,it has implemented automated audit of the regional statements on the data processing,also the degree of automation of meteorological data,the quality of regional stations report,data aging and business efficiency have been improved.
