严寒地区高速铁路接触网在国内尚无成熟运营经验,关于接触网金属材质选择研究才刚刚起步。高速铁路接触网零部件所选用的金属材质主要有铜合金、铝合金及钢材质。文章论述了不同金属材质在低温环境下的一些机械特性,并结合高速铁路接触网特点进行了分析,认为低温冲击韧性是金属材质选择应重点考虑的因素,然后针对受低温影响较大的钢材质进行了分析,提出了严寒地区高速接触网材质选型上的几个建议。

Domestic high-speed railway OCS (ovehead contact system) in extremely cold area has not yet got mature experience in operation . The study on the metal materials of OCS is still in its initial stage. The metal materials selected for high-speed railway OCS mainly include copper alloy, aluminum alloy and steel. In this paper, we discusse the physical properties of different metal materials under cold condition and further analyze these properties related to high-speed railway OCS. We proposed that the cold temperature impact toughness should be the primary factor to be considered when selecting metal materials. Then, we draw some conclusion on steel materials affected by cold temperature through analysis. Finally, advice is given for the selection of metal materials on high-speed railway OCS components in extremely cold area.
