It analyzes the malfunction causes of CMI(Cascaded Multilevel Inverter) and gives the correct operation steps of cutting broken-down power unit.Consequence of cutting broken-down power unit directly is shown by simulation.On this basis,the concept and basic principle of cutting CMI malfunction power unit seamlessly are given and detailed theoretical analysis is carried on.At last,the specific control method of cutting CMI malfunction power unit seamlessly is also given.Simulation results show that the control strategy achieves the target of cutting CMI malfunction power unit seamlessly.
