目的:探讨护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症伴糖尿病患者围手术期的影响.方法:将2005年1月～2008年1月我科收治的腰椎间盘突出症伴糖尿病患者80例随机分成实验组和对照组各40例,对照组行常规围手术期护理,实验组在此基础上增加精心的护理干预.比较两组患者血糖控制情况、住院时间、切口甲级愈合率及患者满意率情况.结果:实验组术前、术后血糖低于对照组(P＜0.01);总住院时间短于对照组(P＜0.01);切口甲级愈合率及患者满意度均高于对照组(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论:护理干预有利于患者血糖控制,降低手术风险,缩短住院时间,提高切口甲级愈合率及患者满意率,促进患者早日康复.
목적:탐토호리간예대요추간반돌출증반당뇨병환자위수술기적영향.방법:장2005년1월～2008년1월아과수치적요추간반돌출증반당뇨병환자80례수궤분성실험조화대조조각40례,대조조행상규위수술기호리,실험조재차기출상증가정심적호리간예.비교량조환자혈당공제정황、주원시간、절구갑급유합솔급환자만의솔정황.결과:실험조술전、술후혈당저우대조조(P＜0.01);총주원시간단우대조조(P＜0.01);절구갑급유합솔급환자만의도균고우대조조(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).결론:호리간예유리우환자혈당공제,강저수술풍험,축단주원시간,제고절구갑급유합솔급환자만의솔,촉진환자조일강복.
Objective:To approach the nursing application effect of nursing intervention to patients suffering from lubar intervertebral disc protrusion accompany with diabetic peri-operation. Methods:80 patietns with intervertebral disc protrusion accompany with diabetic peri-operation were divided into test group(n=40)and control group(n=40) from Jan.2005 to Jan.2008.The patients were given conventional peri-operation nursing in control group,the patients were given cautious mental nursing intervention except conventional nursing in test group. The comparison was made in the level of blood sugar controled,length of stay,the first rate healing of wound and the satisfaction of patients .Results:The nursing application effect was better in intervention group than control group. The peri-operation blood sugar been well controlled ,the length of stay been decurtated,the first rate healing of wound and the satisfaction of patients been elevated. Conclusion:For patients with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion nursing intervention was very helpful to control blood sugar ,degrade the risk of operation,elevate the satisfaction of patients and help patient recovery quickly.
