面粉样品经简单的超声波萃取,离心分离,上清液过C18固相萃取小柱后,采用电导抑制离子色谱法测定了面粉中氟、氯、溴、碘、亚硝酸根、硝酸根、硫酸根、磷酸根、溴酸根9种阴离子的含量.测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于8%,平均加标回收率在87.5%~96.0%之间.方法快速、简单,可满足面粉中9种阴离子的同时测定.

The flour samples were extracted by ultrasonic wave followed by centrifugal separation.The clear supernatant was eluted through the SPE-C_(18) column and the eluent was detected by ion chromatography.Nine inorganic anions of fluorine,chlorine,bromine,iodine,nitrite,nitrate,sulfate,phosphate and bromate in flour were quantitative detection at the same time.The RSD of the results were less than 8% and the mean recoveries were between 87.5% and 96.0%.The developed method was simple,rapid and suitable to simultaneous determination of inorganic anion in flour.
