比较了光/暗对蚕豆上、下表皮气孔运动的调节作用.结果显示:光/暗调控的蚕豆上、下表皮气孔运动均涉及保卫细胞H2O2、NO、Ca2+、促分裂原活化蛋白激酶激酶(MAPKK)、钙依赖蛋白激酶(CDPK)和酪氨酸蛋白磷酸酶(PTP)的变化,下表皮气孔对光/暗更敏感,而且暗中下表皮保卫细胞H2O2、NO、Ca2+、CDPK和PTP水平高于上表皮保卫细胞.另外,胞内Ca2+库Ca2+释放对暗诱导下表皮保卫细胞Ca2+增加的效应显著大于对暗诱导上表皮保卫细胞Ca2+增加的效应.
比較瞭光/暗對蠶豆上、下錶皮氣孔運動的調節作用.結果顯示:光/暗調控的蠶豆上、下錶皮氣孔運動均涉及保衛細胞H2O2、NO、Ca2+、促分裂原活化蛋白激酶激酶(MAPKK)、鈣依賴蛋白激酶(CDPK)和酪氨痠蛋白燐痠酶(PTP)的變化,下錶皮氣孔對光/暗更敏感,而且暗中下錶皮保衛細胞H2O2、NO、Ca2+、CDPK和PTP水平高于上錶皮保衛細胞.另外,胞內Ca2+庫Ca2+釋放對暗誘導下錶皮保衛細胞Ca2+增加的效應顯著大于對暗誘導上錶皮保衛細胞Ca2+增加的效應.
비교료광/암대잠두상、하표피기공운동적조절작용.결과현시:광/암조공적잠두상、하표피기공운동균섭급보위세포H2O2、NO、Ca2+、촉분렬원활화단백격매격매(MAPKK)、개의뢰단백격매(CDPK)화락안산단백린산매(PTP)적변화,하표피기공대광/암경민감,이차암중하표피보위세포H2O2、NO、Ca2+、CDPK화PTP수평고우상표피보위세포.령외,포내Ca2+고Ca2+석방대암유도하표피보위세포Ca2+증가적효응현저대우대암유도상표피보위세포Ca2+증가적효응.
Regulation of broad bean abaxial and adaxial stomatal movement by light/dark was compared.The results indicate that both abaxial and adaxial stomatal movement regulated by light/dark are related to the changes in H2O2,NO,Ca2+,mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase(MAPKK),calcium-dependent protein kinase(CDPK) and protein tyrosine-phosphatases(PTP) in guard cells.The abaxial stomata are more sensitive to light/dark condition,and the levels of H2O2,NO,Ca2+,CDPK and PTP in abaxial guard cells are higher than that in adaxial guard cells in darkness.Additionally,the effect of Ca2+ release from intracellular store on dark-induced increase of Ca2+ levels in abaxial guard cells is more significant than in adaxial guard cells.
