以碳酸酐酶、腺苷脱氨酶、转铁蛋白、维生素D结合蛋白、血浆酯酶、碱性磷酸酶、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶、红细胞酯酶为llIL液蛋白标记,对恒河猴指明亚种(120只)和食蟹猴柬埔寨亚种(120只)2个群体的遗传多态性进行遗传俭测.结果表明:恒河猴和食蟹猴的多态性位点百分数、等位基因数和平均杂合度分别为0.625、2.80、0.549 0和0.750、2.83、0.378 9.恒河猴群体具有高度的遗传多态性,食蟹猴群体具有中等的遗传多态性.Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态检验表明,2个群体均未明显偏离Hardy-Weinberg平衡.
以碳痠酐酶、腺苷脫氨酶、轉鐵蛋白、維生素D結閤蛋白、血漿酯酶、堿性燐痠酶、葡萄糖-6-燐痠脫氫酶、紅細胞酯酶為llIL液蛋白標記,對恆河猴指明亞種(120隻)和食蟹猴柬埔寨亞種(120隻)2箇群體的遺傳多態性進行遺傳儉測.結果錶明:恆河猴和食蟹猴的多態性位點百分數、等位基因數和平均雜閤度分彆為0.625、2.80、0.549 0和0.750、2.83、0.378 9.恆河猴群體具有高度的遺傳多態性,食蟹猴群體具有中等的遺傳多態性.Hardy-Weinberg平衡狀態檢驗錶明,2箇群體均未明顯偏離Hardy-Weinberg平衡.

Eight blood proteins,including carbonic anhydrase,adenosine deaminase,transferrin,vitamine D binding protein,alkaline phosphatase,glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase,erythrocyte esterase and peroxidase,were chosen as genetic markers to analyze the genetic polymorphisms of Macaca mulatta(120)and M.fasicularis(120).The percentages of polymorphic loci,average alleles,average genetic heterozygosities of the M.mulatta and M.fasicularis were 0.625,2.80,0.549 0 and 0.750,2.83,0.378 9 respectively.The population of M.mulatta had high genetic polymorphism,while the population of M.fasicularis had middle genetic polymorphism.The Hardy-Weinberg detection showed that the two populations did not remarkably deviate from the Hardy-Weinberg balance.
