    根据当前飞机蒙皮钣金件曲面复杂、种类繁多、精度要求高等特点,提出了一套柔性夹具的设计方案,并对其铰头结构进行了分析计算,建立了数学模型。对于承载横梁的设计,给出了一种优化设计思路,并检验了其合理性。
    근거당전비궤몽피판금건곡면복잡、충류번다、정도요구고등특점,제출료일투유성협구적설계방안,병대기교두결구진행료분석계산,건립료수학모형。대우승재횡량적설계,급출료일충우화설계사로,병검험료기합이성。
    According to the current aircraft skin sheet characteristics such as the complex surface,wide varieties and high precision,it introduces a design decision of flexible fixture,establishes the mathematical model of the spherical hinge,analyzes and calculates the parameters. It shows the optimization design process for beam and proves the rationality of this method.
