为探究经过大气压等离子体处理后茄子品质改善和产量提高的机制,设计了一种大气压等离子体实验装置,利用该装置采用不同电压(4420~6800V)处理茄子种子.结果表明:不同电压等离子体对茄子种子处理后种子的萌发率不同.8个处理的株高、展开度、根深、根幅以及单果重、果长均有明显增加,产量均超过对照(CK).5440~6460V电压处理的果产量均比其他电压范围好,5780 V和6120 V电压处理的大多数指标是最好的.种子上产生的大量电子和离子增强了空气粒子与种子的反应,活跃的空气粒子和紫外线辐射均能穿透种子的细胞囊,加快种子内部营养成分分解,降低了种子细胞膜的穿透能,改善了茄子幼苗根系的活性,从而使茄子产量提高,试验数据与统计回归线基本吻合.

An atmospheric pressure plasma equipment was designed and eggplant seeds were treated using it with different voltage from 4 420 to 6 800 V to explore mechanism of increasing yield and improving quality of eggplant treated plasma. The results showed that the effects of different voltage plasma treatments on the seeds germination were not the same. The plant height, plant extent, root length, root extent and single fruit weight of the eight treatments from 4 420 to 6 800 V increased distinctly. The eggplant yields of eight different voltage plasma treatments increased than that of CK, the fruit yields of voltage treatments (5 440 ~ 6 460 V) were better than that of other voltages, the effects of the fifth (5 780 V) and sixth (6 120 V) plasma treatments were the best in most test indexes.More electrons and ions were produced above seeds, which could strengthen the reaction between the air particles and seeds, the active air particles and ultraviolet radiation could penetrate into the capsule of the seeds,accelerated to decompose the inner nutriment of the seeds, reduced relative penetrability of cell velum, improved the activities of the root of the eggplant seedling, led to increase yields of eggplant. Test data were consistent with the similar estimating statistical analysis.
