含游离CaO碱性耐火材料具有良好的耐火性、热震稳定性、抗渣性和净化钢液等一系列优异的性能,但其致命的缺点是易水化.分析了含游离CaO耐火材料主要原料钙砂和镁钙砂的水化机理,包括CaO晶体结构、水化热力学、水化过程、水化动力学和影响因素.总结了提高钙砂和镁钙砂抗水化的方法,包括引入添加剂法、表面改性法和活化烧结法.最后提出了今后钙砂和镁钙砂防水化的研究方向.

Free CaO bearing basic refractories have lots of superior properties,such as good refractoriness,thermal shock resistance,slag resistance and purifying molten steel,but have a fatal flaw which is easy to be hydrated.CaO clinker and CaO-MgO clinker,as principal raw materials of free CaO bearing basic refractories,whose hydration mechanism is analyzed in this paper,including CaO crystalline microstructure,hydration thermodynamics,hydration processes,hydration kinetics and influencing factors.Methods for improving the hydration resistance of CaO clinker and CaO-MgO clinker are summarized,including adding additives method,surface treating method and activated sintering method.Finally,research interests of hydration resistance of CaO clinker and CaO-MgO clinker are proposed.
