为了评价厌氧激活内源微生物采油技术在蒙古林砾岩油藏中的应用情况,结合该油藏温度及物性特征对其开展了内源微生物厌氧激活实验研究.利用绝迹稀释法对内源菌进行了菌浓检测,通过自行设计的厌氧激活装置时内源菌激活过程中的压力、pH值、产气量及气体组分进行了跟踪监测,最后通过物理模拟实验对激活效果进行了验证.结果表明,内源菌厌氧激活效果非常显著,产生了大量的气体,产气率达到了2.4,厌氧激活物理模拟驱油实验提高原油采收率9.55%.
為瞭評價厭氧激活內源微生物採油技術在矇古林礫巖油藏中的應用情況,結閤該油藏溫度及物性特徵對其開展瞭內源微生物厭氧激活實驗研究.利用絕跡稀釋法對內源菌進行瞭菌濃檢測,通過自行設計的厭氧激活裝置時內源菌激活過程中的壓力、pH值、產氣量及氣體組分進行瞭跟蹤鑑測,最後通過物理模擬實驗對激活效果進行瞭驗證.結果錶明,內源菌厭氧激活效果非常顯著,產生瞭大量的氣體,產氣率達到瞭2.4,厭氧激活物理模擬驅油實驗提高原油採收率9.55%.

In order to estimate the potential of stimulating indigenous microorganisms in Menggulin Oilfield, anaerobic stimulation experiment is carried out according to the reservoir conditions and fluid properties. The anaerobic stimulation experiment is conducted with the own-designed equipment. During cultivation, the cell concentrations of the indigenous microorganisms are enumerated by most probable number (MPN) method. The pressure, pH value, gas production and composition are also monitored and the stimulating ef-ficiency is then evaluated by the physical simulation method. The results suggest that the indigenous microorganisms could thrive and grow well under the reservoir condition. The gas-producing rate is 2.4 and the result of physical simulation exhibits a total enhanced oil recovery of 9.55 %.
