目的 探讨GSK-3β抑制剂(LiCl)对人脑胶质瘤U251细胞株增殖作用,为下一步治疗脑胶质瘤提供临床治疗靶点.方法 应用MTT法,HE染色法以及免疫组化方法 来观察LiCL对人胶质细胞瘤株U-251增值的抑制作用、量效关系.结果 LiCL对人胶质瘤细胞有明显的抑制作用,其药物作用时间为24、48 h的IC50分别为138.98 mg/ml、53.15 mg/ml,且呈良好的量效关系,抑制作用与浓度呈正相关.结论 LiCL是有效的、能抑制胶质瘤细胞生长的药物.

Objective To investigate the inhibition of Lithium chloride on U251 glioma cell line. Methods MTT and HE stain was involved in detecting the cytotoxic effects, dose-effect related rates of Lithium chloride on Human Glioma cell line (U-251). These effects were compared with VM-26 on the above mentioned cells. Results The proliferation of U251 was obviously inhibited by Lithium chloride in a dose dependent manner. The inhibitive effect of Lithium chloride on U251 was obvious, with the IC50 138.98 mg/ml at 24 h and with the IC50 53.15 mg/ml at 48 h. Conclusion Lithium chloride can inhibit the proliferation of U251.
