响应度是科学级CCD相机的重要技术参数之一,随着成像技术的发展,精确测量科学级CCD相机的响应度变得越来越重要.本文分析了科学级CCD相机响应度的测试技术条件,推导出了响应度的计算公式,建立了科学级响应度测量装置,在不同光照条件下对CCD相机的响应度进行测量与分析,给出了部分测试结果,得到CCD相机响应度随光照度变化的规律.随着CCD相机光敏面光照度的提高,响应度趋于一个恒值,符合CCD相机的实际性能.

The spectral responsivity was one of the important parameters of deteetos. With the development of imag-ing technology, accurate measurement for the responsivity of scientific grade CCD cameras became more and more important. The technique about measuring the responsivity of CCD cameras was introduced. The calculation formula of the responsivity was deduced. Based on a responsivity facility in the institute, the responsivity of CCD cameras was measured by the system with the intensity of illumination. At the same time, part of tested results were given, and variety rule of responsivity change was obtained. Measurement results indicated that the responsivity tended to a constant with the increase of the illumination of CCD cameras, which according with the performance of real cam-eras.
