提出一种多通道独立稳流的激光电源模式:由脉宽调制器(PWM)、推挽驱动、高频变压器等构成激光电源的高压供电主回路,实现初步稳压;由比例积分器、光电耦合器、高压调整管等分别构成多个激光电源多个负载回路,实现独立稳流.实验表明:组合系统工作时,三个负载回路之间无相互影响;各负载回路电流稳定精度优于0.1%.

A model of laser power supply is proposed to offer multiple stable currents by one driver. A pulsewide-modulator (PWM), a push-pull driver, and a high-frequency transformer compose the main circuit of switch laser power supply, and it is used to realize initial stability of high-voltage. Each load circuits of switch laser power supply is mainly made up of a proportional integrator, a comparison amplifier, a photoelectric coupler and a highvoltage adjusting tube, it stabilizes current independently. It has been proved in the experiment that each load circuit hadn't influence on others when the whole laser power supply works and every current in the load circuit had the precision of 1‰.
