A relatively simple galvanostatic method was used for the evaluation on the average chemical diffusion coefficient of lithium-ion in spinel Li4Ti5O12 prepared by solid-state reaction technique. The diffusion coefficient of lithium-ion was estimated to be 2.8×10-13 cm2· s-1 and 1.3×10-13 cm2· s-1 for charge and discharge, respectively.
