针对车辆段客车供电系统操作管理方式落后和电能浪费严重的问题,采用面向对象方法开发了一种低成本的电量远程监控系统。依据Modbus-RTU协议设计的异步串行通信程序,实现了对地面电源现场供电参数的实时显示及对多台分布较远的地面供电柜进行实时在线监控。对运行中的故障采用传输错误检测与控制、通信错误和传输超时处理的方法,保证了系统网络通信连接的可靠性和智能仪表实时数据传输的准确性。
針對車輛段客車供電繫統操作管理方式落後和電能浪費嚴重的問題,採用麵嚮對象方法開髮瞭一種低成本的電量遠程鑑控繫統。依據Modbus-RTU協議設計的異步串行通信程序,實現瞭對地麵電源現場供電參數的實時顯示及對多檯分佈較遠的地麵供電櫃進行實時在線鑑控。對運行中的故障採用傳輸錯誤檢測與控製、通信錯誤和傳輸超時處理的方法,保證瞭繫統網絡通信連接的可靠性和智能儀錶實時數據傳輸的準確性。

This paper developed an inexpensive power remote supervisory control system with object- oriented method to solve the problem of slow operation management of power supply of the passenger train and much power waste. Asynchronous serial communication procedure designed in terms of Modbus-RTU protocol realized real-time display of field power supply parameters of on-ground power and real-time online supervisory control of more on-ground power supply cabinets distributed apart. By adapting such methods of checking and controlling transmission errors, processing communication error and timeout to operational diagnosis, we ensured the reliability of network communication connection and accuracy of real-time data transmission.
