以考马斯亮蓝为研究对象,应用类芬顿效应对其进行降解处理。研究了铁负载氧化镧类芬顿系统催化剂的用量,过氧化氢的投加量,pH,底物的初始浓度对处理效果的影响。实验表明,在最优的运行条件下,CBG的脱色效果可达99.48%,其中铁离子的凝絮作用也是不可忽视的重要因素,但是COD的去除率仅有34.4%。所以还需对其进行二次处理才可以达到较理想的处理效果。
以攷馬斯亮藍為研究對象,應用類芬頓效應對其進行降解處理。研究瞭鐵負載氧化鑭類芬頓繫統催化劑的用量,過氧化氫的投加量,pH,底物的初始濃度對處理效果的影響。實驗錶明,在最優的運行條件下,CBG的脫色效果可達99.48%,其中鐵離子的凝絮作用也是不可忽視的重要因素,但是COD的去除率僅有34.4%。所以還需對其進行二次處理纔可以達到較理想的處理效果。

CBG,a dye wastewater,is treated by Fenton-like reagent.The effects of pH value,dosage of H2O2 and catalyst,adding the concentration of reactant are investigated.The results showed that under the optimal condition the dosage of H2O2(30 %,8 mL/L)was 8 mL,the pH was about 3,the dosage of catalyst was 0.4 g/L,reaction time was 30 min,the removal rate of CBG reached 99.48 %,the flocculation of iron play an important role.Unlucily,the removal of CODCr was only 34.4 %.So it must be treated by further reaction to get an ideal effect.
