医学生临床思维能力的培养是临床实习教学的重要任务.临床思维培养的必要前提是扎实的基础和临床理论知识、完整的临床资料以及严密的逻辑思考能力.此外,通过加强师资队伍建设、充分利用教学查房和床边教学、开展针对实习医生的临床小讲课、组织病例讨论、重视病历书写训练以及提高学生学习积极性等,可以实现培养实习医生的临床思维能力的目的.

The important task of clinical practice teaching is to train medical students'clinical thinking ability in which the prerequisite includes the solid theoretical basis and clinical knowledge,complete clinical data as well as strict logical thinking ability.The training of the medical students'clinical thinking ability could be achieved by promoting the teachers'training,making full use of teaching rounds and bedside teaching,small lectures and case discussion,strengthening the training of medical records writing and improving students'attitude towards clinical practice.
