目的观察西甲硅油、莫沙必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗伴焦虑、抑郁的功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法将确诊为功能性消化不良(FD)患者根据治疗前Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分＞40分，汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)＞ 17分作为入选标准，共入选64例患者，随机分为治疗组（联合西甲硅油、莫沙必利及氟哌噻吨美利曲辛）33例，对照组（单用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛）31例，疗程均为4周。评价治疗前后情绪障碍量表评分的变化、综合症状疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组治疗后情绪障碍量表评分、综合症状疗效均明显优于对照组(P ＜0.05，P＜0.01)。治疗后均未发现明显不良反应。结论西甲硅油、莫沙必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗伴焦虑、抑郁的功能性消化不良能有效缓解功能性消化不良的症状及减轻患者的精神心理障碍；效果肯定，不良反应少。
목적 관찰서갑규유、막사필리연합불고새둔미리곡신치료반초필、억욱적공능성소화불량적림상료효。방법 장학진위공능성소화불량(FD)환자근거치료전Zung초필자평량표(SAS)평분＞40분，한밀돈억욱량표(HAMD)＞ 17분작위입선표준，공입선64례환자，수궤분위치료조（연합서갑규유、막사필리급불고새둔미리곡신）33례，대조조（단용불고새둔미리곡신）31례，료정균위4주。평개치료전후정서장애량표평분적변화、종합증상료효급불량반응。결과 치료조치료후정서장애량표평분、종합증상료효균명현우우대조조(P ＜0.05，P＜0.01)。치료후균미발현명현불량반응。결론 서갑규유、막사필리연합불고새둔미리곡신치료반초필、억욱적공능성소화불량능유효완해공능성소화불량적증상급감경환자적정신심리장애；효과긍정，불량반응소。
Objective To observe the efficacy of simethicone, mosapride combined with flupentixol-meiltracen in the treatment for functional dyspepsia(FD). Methods The diagnosis of functional dyspepsia patients treated according to Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) ＞ 40, Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) ＞ 17 for inclusion criteria,a total of 64 patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group( simethicone,mosapride combined with flupeentixol-meiltracen) in 33 cases and the control group ( single flupenthixol melitracen) in 31cases. 2 groups of the period of treatment was 4 weeks. Evaluation before and after treatment with mood disorder scale score changes and syndrome efficacy and adverse reactions. Results The treatment group after treatment, regardless of scale score change of mood disorders, syndrome treatment efficacy were significantly better than the control group,especially in the syndrome efficacy difference was significant( P ＜0.05 ,P ＜0.01 ) ;after the treatment without obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion The simethicone, mosapride combined with flupentixol-meiltracen treatment with anxiety and depression in patients with functional dyspepsia could effectively relieve the symptoms of functional dyspepsia,and relieve the patient's psychological disorder;certainly result in fewer adverse reactions.
