IFN-λ,即Ⅲ型IFN,是一类新发现的细胞因子,由IFN-λ1(IL-29)、IFN-λ2(IL-28A)和IFN-λ3(IL-28B)三个亚型组成.IFN-λ具有不同于Ⅰ型IFN的基因、结构及特异性受体,但具有与Ⅰ型IFN相类似的抗病毒、抗肿瘤和免疫调节效应.此文就IFN-λ的表达、信号转导通路及生物学效应等研究现状作了综述.

IFN-λ,also known as type Ⅲ IFN, is a group of novel cytokines,including three subtypes, IFN-λ(IL-29), IFN-λ2(IL-28A) and IFN-λ3(IL-28B). IFN-λ, compared with type ⅠIFN, has distinct structure,gene and special receptor. However, IFN-λ exhibits several similar features with type Ⅰ IFN, such as antiviral activity, antitumour activity and immuno-modulatory activity. This review is mainly about the current knowledge of the IFN-γ's expression, signalling and function.
