目的应用PTC针脐带穿刺取胎儿血进行产前诊断，评价其安全性及准确性，探索穿刺技巧。方法用PTC穿刺针在超声引导下对49例经遗传咨询筛选符合宫内诊断指征者进行了51次脐带穿刺术。结果穿刺成功率94.1％(48/51)，最终取血成功率为98.0％(48/49)。发现染色体平衡易位3例，21三体1例，甲型血友病1例，宫内CMV感染伴胎儿异常1例，亲子鉴定非丈夫血缘1例。结论使用PTC穿刺针进行脐带穿刺有较高的准确性及成功率，是较为有效的产前诊断方法。
목적응용PTC침제대천자취태인혈진행산전진단，평개기안전성급준학성，탐색천자기교。방법용PTC천자침재초성인도하대49례경유전자순사선부합궁내진단지정자진행료51차제대천자술。결과천자성공솔94.1％(48/51)，최종취혈성공솔위98.0％(48/49)。발현염색체평형역위3례，21삼체1례，갑형혈우병1례，궁내CMV감염반태인이상1례，친자감정비장부혈연1례。결론사용PTC천자침진행제대천자유교고적준학성급성공솔，시교위유효적산전진단방법。
Objective　To carry out intrauterine diagnosis by fetal blood sampling through cordocentensis by PTC needle,to evaluate its security and accuracy and research the skill of cordocentensis.Methods　We carried out 51 cordocentensis by PTC needle under ultrasound-guide in 49 cases.These cases conformed to the indications of intrauterine diagnosis after genetic counsel screening.Results　The successful rate of puncture was 94.1%(48/51),the final successful rate of fetal blood sampling was 98.0%(48/49).There were 3 cases with chromosome balanced translocations,1 with trisomy 21,1 with hemophilia A 1 with intrauterine CMV infection and abnormal fetus and 1 case with non-husband-consanguinity by identification in disputed paternity.Conclusion　Cordocentensis by PTC needle is more accurate and successful,this technique is an effective method in prenatal diagnosis.
