采用水蒸气蒸馏法从艾叶中提取挥发油。试用不同类型的毛细管柱进行分析,找出最佳分析条件,共分离出 59个峰,用归一化法测定其相对含量,并用气相色谱-质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定,共鉴定了 51个成分,占挥发油总成分的 86%以上。

An essential oil was extracted from Folium Artemisiae Argyi by using steam distillation, and separated with different GC capillary columns. The separated and analytical conditions were optimized. 59 compounds were separated, and 51 of them were identified from the essential oil by GC-MS, the identification ratio was account for more than 86% . The components were quantitatively determined by normalization method.
