通过对高炉煤粉喷吹系统各环节工作特性及煤粉喷吹量各调节方式的分析,指出煤粉喷吹量调节系统是一个动态、时变、随机干扰严重的多输入单输出非线性对象.总结并分析了煤粉喷吹量计量和控制技术的发展现状,指出目前煤粉喷吹量调节控制系统存在计量信号不准确、控制规律无自适应性等问题,并对智能控制技术用于解决喷煤量调节控制系统存在的难题作了展望.
通過對高爐煤粉噴吹繫統各環節工作特性及煤粉噴吹量各調節方式的分析,指齣煤粉噴吹量調節繫統是一箇動態、時變、隨機榦擾嚴重的多輸入單輸齣非線性對象.總結併分析瞭煤粉噴吹量計量和控製技術的髮展現狀,指齣目前煤粉噴吹量調節控製繫統存在計量信號不準確、控製規律無自適應性等問題,併對智能控製技術用于解決噴煤量調節控製繫統存在的難題作瞭展望.

The characteristic of components in blast furnace pulverized coal injection (PCI) control system and PCI rate adjustment methods were analyzed. PCI control system is a dynamic, time-varying, with strong disturbance, nonlinear, MIMO plant. The technologies of PCI rate measurement and control were investigated and analyzed, and the problems of PCI control system such as measurement precision and control adaptability were pointed out. A prospect which intelligence control serves as a new solution to the problems,was also represented.
