目的；探讨治疗颧眶部联合骨折的较完善的方法。方法：采用三维结构复位微型钛板坚固内固定术治疗此类患者19例。结果：术后伤口均I期愈合，面部形态对称，无功能障碍。结论：颧眶部联合骨折的治疗以颧蝶缝、眶下缘的恢复尤为重要。
목적；탐토치료권광부연합골절적교완선적방법。방법：채용삼유결구복위미형태판견고내고정술치료차류환자19례。결과：술후상구균I기유합，면부형태대칭，무공능장애。결론：권광부연합골절적치료이권접봉、광하연적회복우위중요。
Objective: To discuss a better method to treat orbitozygomatic complex symphysis fractures. Methods: 19 Cases were treated with the technique of three dimensional space rehabilitation and osteosyntesis system. Results: The incisions were coalesce first stage postoperative, facial contour were symmetry and no function disorder were found. Conclusion: Rehabilitation of zygomaticosphensis suture and infraorbital edge were very important in treatment of orbiozygomatic comptex fractures.
