利用果蝇心脏发育基因zfh-1的cDNA序列和计算机克隆方法,在9号染色体上发现了一个新的人类同源基因.经国际基因命名委员会批准,命名为ZNF322.该基因总长度约为2.8 kb, 为一个连续的序列,编码一个402个氨基酸的蛋白质,与小鼠zfp-35编码的蛋白质最相似( 同源度为51.4%).该基因在人体肾、脑、结肠、胚胎心脏及黑色素瘤等多种组织中广泛表达, 其功能有待深入研究.
利用果蠅心髒髮育基因zfh-1的cDNA序列和計算機剋隆方法,在9號染色體上髮現瞭一箇新的人類同源基因.經國際基因命名委員會批準,命名為ZNF322.該基因總長度約為2.8 kb, 為一箇連續的序列,編碼一箇402箇氨基痠的蛋白質,與小鼠zfp-35編碼的蛋白質最相似( 同源度為51.4%).該基因在人體腎、腦、結腸、胚胎心髒及黑色素瘤等多種組織中廣汎錶達, 其功能有待深入研究.

Based on the cDNA sequence of the zfh-1 g ene i n Drosophila, a novel human homolog located on chromosome 9 was found by com pute r cloning method. The gene is named ZNF322, which is approved by HUGO Gene N omeclature Committee. Its mRNA is about 2.8 kb and there is no intron in it. Th e gene encodes a protein of 402 amino acids,which is the best similar to the mou se protein encoded by zfp-35 (51.4%). Its ESTs appeared in many kinds nor mal tissues, such as kidney, brain, colon and fetal heart, and in melanoma o r other tumor tissues. The function of the gene remains to be studied.
