通过实验建立了2-甲基丁醇与3-甲基丁醇的气液平衡数据和分离所需的塔板数230块(理论塔板数150块),解决了回流液分布、精馏塔串接、液面控制等问题,实现难分离物系的连续操作,得到2-甲基丁醇和3-甲基丁醇的质量分数均大于99%,收率98%以上。与质量分数95%及收率30%的文献数据相比,分别提高了4%和68%。

The gas-liquid equilibrium data of 2-methylbutanol and 3-methylbutanol and practical plate number 230(theoretical plate number=150) for separation were obtained experimentally.Also,problems of distribution of refluxing,series connection of fractionating column and liquid level controlling were solved for realization of continuous separation of difficult system.2-Methylbutanol and 3-methylbutanol of more than 99% purity were obtained in over 98% yield,in comparison with the literature data of 95%purity and 30% yield.
