报道从牙鲆(Paralichthysolivaceus)体表溃烂组织分离的一种纤毛虫,通过活体观察、扫描电镜、蛋白银染色法、银浸法,对其形态学及纤毛图式做了研究。经鉴定,该纤毛虫为指状拟舟虫(Paralembus digitiformis Kahl,1933),隶属于寡膜纲、盾纤目、嗜污科、拟舟虫属。这是指状拟舟虫在牙鲆上兼性寄生的首次报道。
報道從牙鲆(Paralichthysolivaceus)體錶潰爛組織分離的一種纖毛蟲,通過活體觀察、掃描電鏡、蛋白銀染色法、銀浸法,對其形態學及纖毛圖式做瞭研究。經鑒定,該纖毛蟲為指狀擬舟蟲(Paralembus digitiformis Kahl,1933),隸屬于寡膜綱、盾纖目、嗜汙科、擬舟蟲屬。這是指狀擬舟蟲在牙鲆上兼性寄生的首次報道。

An external ulcerative disease frequently occurred in Ja paneseflounder, Paralichthys olivaceus, cultured in artificial propagation facilities along the coasts of Shandong, China, has caused mass mortalities in r ecent years. The ciliate was a pathogen to flounder and was identified as Para lembus digitiformis Kahl 1933, a marine facultative parasitic scuticociliatid ciliate. Morphological studies were made on living observations and specimens tr eated with protargol-impregnation techniques and Chatton-Lwoff silver impregna tion techniques as well as scanning electron microscopy. The ciliate, Paralemb us digitiformis Kahl 1933, as an opportunistic pathogen of cultured flounder, is first reported in this paper.
