目的:比较研究SD和Wistar两种不同种系大鼠心房特殊颗粒的超微结构和含量的变化。方法:透射电镜观察和立体计量学分析。结果:SD大鼠心房特殊颗粒(ASG)可分为A、B 两型,A型颗粒多见,含电子致密颗粒核心;B型少见,为一均匀浅淡的纤维状核心,且两型颗粒的界膜清晰可见。而Wistar大鼠ASG未见有B型颗泣,颗粒界膜不很明显。立体计量结果为SD大鼠ASG的颗粒平均直径(D)明显大于Wistar大鼠(P<0.001);而SD大鼠体密度(Vv)和数密度(Nv)则明显小于Wistar大鼠(P<0.001)。结论:证明两种不同种系大鼠ASG的超微结构和含量存在差别。

목적:비교연구SD화Wistar량충불동충계대서심방특수과립적초미결구화함량적변화。방법:투사전경관찰화입체계량학분석。결과:SD대서심방특수과립(ASG)가분위A、B 량형,A형과립다견,함전자치밀과립핵심;B형소견,위일균균천담적섬유상핵심,차량형과립적계막청석가견。이Wistar대서ASG미견유B형과읍,과립계막불흔명현。입체계량결과위SD대서ASG적과립평균직경(D)명현대우Wistar대서(P<0.001);이SD대서체밀도(Vv)화수밀도(Nv)칙명현소우Wistar대서(P<0.001)。결론:증명량충불동충계대서ASG적초미결구화함량존재차별。
To study comparatively the ultrastructure and content of atrial specific granules(ASG) in SD rats and Wistar rats.Methods:It was obserred and analysed by the transmission electron,image-manipulation system.Results:ASG was classified as A,B types in SD rats,type-A granules were in the majority and contained a more dense core;type-B granules were in the minority and were characterized by a pale,fibrogranule core,the membrane of A,B type granules was clear, but not type-B granules and membrane lysis of some granules in Wistar rats. The mean diameter of the granules in SD rats Stereological results was more than that in Wistar rats(P<0.001). The proportional volume and numerical density of the granules in SD rats were smaller than those in Wistar rats (P<0.001).Conclusion:The results of this study indicate there may be different in the ultrastructure and content of ASG between SD and Wistar rat.
