将禽脑脊髓炎病毒(AEV)陕西分离株接种于6日龄鸡胚卵黄囊，16日龄时收取活胚脑、胃肠道和胰腺，匀浆灭活后制成琼扩抗原，该抗原与AE标准阳性血清在36 h内出现特异性的沉淀线，而与ND、EDS-76、AI、IB阳性血清及SPF鸡血清不出现沉淀线，用其检测60份血清，48份呈AE阳性，与用标准抗原检测的结果一致。
장금뇌척수염병독(AEV)협서분리주접충우6일령계배란황낭，16일령시수취활배뇌、위장도화이선，균장멸활후제성경확항원，해항원여AE표준양성혈청재36 h내출현특이성적침정선，이여ND、EDS-76、AI、IB양성혈청급SPF계혈청불출현침정선，용기검측60빈혈청，48빈정AE양성，여용표준항원검측적결과일치。
The Avian Encephalomyelitis Virus (AEV) strain separated from Shaanxi province was injected into chicken embryo yolksac of 6 days.The brains gastrointestinal tracts and pancreas of the embryos were collected at 16 days. After homogenation and inactivation,they were used as the Agar Gel preciptin(AGP) and produced specific precipitate line with the AE possitive standard serum.But ND,EDS-76,AI and IB possitive serum and the serum from SPF chicken had no precipitate line with AE possitive serum. The antigen was used to test 60 serum samples.48 of them were AE possitive ,just the same as that from the standard AE antigen.
