目的：在实验室用嗜人按蚊对拜虫杀Responsar○　RSC125新剂型进行敏感性持效观察。方法：浸泡法。结果：拜虫杀对嗜人按蚊的杀灭效果取决于使用的有效剂量、接触时间及处理方法，加大剂量或增加杀虫剂与按蚊接触时间均可提高效果。结论：相同的实验阶段、同样长的接触时间、相同的材料，水洗蚊帐比不水洗效果差。
목적：재실험실 용기인안문대배충살Responsar○　RSC125신제형진 행민감성지효관찰。방법：침포법。결과：배충살대기인안문적살멸효과취결우사용적유효제 량、접촉시간급처리방법，가대제량혹증가살충제여안문접촉시간균가제고효과。결론：상 동적실험계단、동양장적접촉시간、상동적재료，수세문장비불수세효과차。
Objective:To observe the effectiveness of Responsar○　R SC125 against Anopheles an thropophagus. Methods：Absolving the bednets with Respon sar ○　R solution. The bioassay test of Respon sar○　R SC (Beta-cyfluthrin 12.5% w/v) aga ins t Anopheles anthropophagus in laboratory was carried out during 1997-1998.[ WT5”HZ〗Results：The effects of Responsar against Anopheles anthro pophagus depended on the active ingredient of Responsar,as well as the contact ing time and test methods.Increasing active ingredient or extending contacting t ime will improve the effect.Conclusions:At the same step o f the test,using same time and same materials ,the nets impregnated with Responsar washed with clear water were less effective than the nets unwashed.
