在大田条件下研究了3种植物营养素拌种对旱地高产小麦花后根系衰老及产量的影响,认为植物营养素拌种花后根系活力、根系SOD、CAT活性及可溶性蛋白质含量增加,MDA含量减少,可延缓根系衰老,虽产量增加,但拌种处理与对照(不拌种)差异较少,因而在旱地高产麦田可以实施植物营养素拌种,但只能作为辅助措施。

재대전조건하연구료3충식물영양소반충대한지고산소맥화후근계쇠로급산량적영향,인위식물영양소반충화후근계활력、근계SOD、CAT활성급가용성단백질함량증가,MDA함량감소,가연완근계쇠로,수산량증가,단반충처리여대조(불반충)차이교소,인이재한지고산맥전가이실시식물영양소반충,단지능작위보조조시。
Effects of seed dressing in 3 plant nutrient on the senescence of roots after anthesis and yield had been studied in dry land wheat of high yield.The treatment of using seed dressing in plant nutrient,the roots system vigor,the activity of superoxide dismatase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) and the soluble protein content in wheat roots increased,and the content of malondiadehyde (MDA) in wheat roots decreased,and delayed the senescence of roots.However,when using seed dressing in plant nutrient the yield increased,but there was little significant difference between treatment of using seed dressing in plant nutrient and control (no seed dressing).So the seed dressing in plant nutrient might be put into effect in dry land wehat of high yield,and as a auxiliary measure.
