Ecological environment of Yellow River watershed is easily fragile. This paper analysed that the problems exist in ecological environment of Yellow River watershed, and considers that
these problems are relating to water. To the existing problems, only surmounting difficulty of water, scientifically distributing water,unified management water, saving water, conserving water through afforestation and scientific utilization water resources could be improved.
