采用扫描电子显微镜对天麻种内两个不同变型乌天麻和红天麻及其杂种的花粉进行了观察,结果表明:4种材料的花粉均表现出复合花粉类型;在高倍镜下,花粉粒表面具有明显的网状纹饰,网脊较宽;花粉块上有白色粘性分泌物;乌天麻和以乌天麻为母本的杂种其花粉为花粉块类型,红天麻和以红天麻为母本的杂种花粉包括四合花粉类型和花粉块类型,杂种后代花粉类型和花粉块大小与某一亲本相似或为亲本的过渡类型。
採用掃描電子顯微鏡對天痳種內兩箇不同變型烏天痳和紅天痳及其雜種的花粉進行瞭觀察,結果錶明:4種材料的花粉均錶現齣複閤花粉類型;在高倍鏡下,花粉粒錶麵具有明顯的網狀紋飾,網脊較寬;花粉塊上有白色粘性分泌物;烏天痳和以烏天痳為母本的雜種其花粉為花粉塊類型,紅天痳和以紅天痳為母本的雜種花粉包括四閤花粉類型和花粉塊類型,雜種後代花粉類型和花粉塊大小與某一親本相似或為親本的過渡類型。
채용소묘전자현미경대천마충내량개불동변형오천마화홍천마급기잡충적화분진행료관찰,결과표명:4충재료적화분균표현출복합화분류형;재고배경하,화분립표면구유명현적망상문식,망척교관;화분괴상유백색점성분비물;오천마화이오천마위모본적잡충기화분위화분괴류형,홍천마화이홍천마위모본적잡충화분포괄사합화분류형화화분괴류형,잡충후대화분류형화화분괴대소여모일친본상사혹위친본적과도류형。
Pollen morphology of G. elata Bl f. glauca S. Chow and G. elat
a Bl. f. elata and their hybrids were investigated. The scanning electron microscope observation revealed that pollen of all the four samples belongs to compound pollen grain type. Typical reticulate sculpture on the surface of pollen grains were found and the reticuloid ridge lines are wide (4~5μm). Pollen massulae are irregular in shape. The surface of pollen massulae is characterized white viscous secretion. The type and size of the hybrid F1 pollen grains are similar to one of the parents or remain with the transitional types.
