目的建立犬胰腺左叶的缺血模型并探讨其意义。方法解剖犬胰腺，结扎脾动脉近心端，建立犬胰腺左叶的缺血模型，观察术后病理生理、病理变化及并发症的发生情况。结果实验用12条犬术后存活良好，无严重并发症发生，缺血部位胰腺组织坏死，并被纤维组织修复。结论犬胰腺体尾部模型容易建立，安全、可靠，对人体晚期胰腺癌的治疗具有指导意义。
목적건립견이선좌협적결혈모형병탐토기의의。방법해부견이선，결찰비동맥근심단，건립견이선좌협적결혈모형，관찰술후병리생리、병리변화급병발증적발생정황。결과실험용12조견술후존활량호，무엄중병발증발생，결혈부위이선조직배사，병피섬유조직수복。결론견이선체미부모형용역건립，안전、가고，대인체만기이선암적치료구유지도의의。
Objective To establish an ischemic model in the left lobe of dog's pancrease and to discuss its significance. Methods After the dog's pancrease was dissected and the approximal spleen artery was ligated, the ischemic model was thus established in the left lobe of the dog's pancrease.The pathophysiological and pathological changes and the complications were strictly observed after the operation. Results The 12 dogs in experiment all survived after the operation, and there were no serious complications. Necrosis occurred in the ischemic pancrease, which was soon replaced by the fiber tissue. Conclusion It is not only easy, safe but also reliable to establish an ischemic model in the dog's pancrease, which has provided a direction for the treatment of pancreatic carcinoma in human being at the advanced stage.
