对慈竹纸浆中杂细胞进行厌氧消化处理,结果表明,TS去除率达68.64%,原料产气率299.9mL/gTS,日均产气率4.998mL/(gTS*d),池容产气率0.3224m3/(m3*d),CH4含量64%。对发酵上清液进一步处理结果为:COD去除率53.69%,CH4含量67%,N、P去除微弱。在此基础上,进行了物料平衡和COD利用率计算。

대자죽지장중잡세포진행염양소화처리,결과표명,TS거제솔체68.64%,원료산기솔299.9mL/gTS,일균산기솔4.998mL/(gTS*d),지용산기솔0.3224m3/(m3*d),CH4함량64%。대발효상청액진일보처리결과위:COD거제솔53.69%,CH4함량67%,N、P거제미약。재차기출상,진행료물료평형화COD이용솔계산。
A batch anaerobic digestion was used to treat Parenchyma Cell of bamboo. The result shows: TS removal rate reaches 68.64%, the gas production rate of raw material 299.9mL/gTS, the rate of gas production 0.3224m3/m3 slurry a day. After 60 days operation, the content of CH4 in the biogas is 64%. Effluent water from the improved UASB digester was digested in the multi-grade anaerobic digester. The results are: average COD removal rate reaches 53.69%, CH4 content of biogas 67%, the rate of N and P removal low. Materials balance and COD utilization ratio is calculated based on the experimental results.
